we have arrived at Beijing in transit to London.
we survived the 12 hour flight OK. Ollee was great and didn't cry much and didn't sleep much either. the roomy seats were good but too close to the toilets and they wouldn't turn off the lights for ages because they were selling too much duty free stuff.
Beijing is very warm already at 8am. we have a 6 hour wait until the flight to London.
had a shocker already, went to get a coffee and realised I had no Chinese cash. explaining a flat white was interesting. free wifi is good but had to register with my passport. no face book I imagine
